Originally hailing from The Groundlings and stand-up comedy, Andrea Savage is a comedic actress, writer, producer and director. She has starred in such films as “Stepbrothers,” “Dinner For Schmucks,” “Life Happens,” “The Grand” and most recently, Leslye Headland’s “Sleeping With Other People” and opposite Hillary Swank in “You’re Not You.” In television, Andrea starred in and wrote on the cult classic “Dog Bites Man” on Comedy Central. She most recently has been seen On “The League,” “Modern Family,” “House Of Lies,” and “The Kroll Show.” Andrea recently starred as Veronica Von Vondervon on Hulu’s acclaimed series “The Hotwives Of Orlando” and is now prepping to begin season two. She also just finished shooting a major arc on Season 4 of “Episodes” (Showtime).
Andrea is also a prolific writer and producer. She wrote and developed the pilot “Re-Together” for ABC (Jamie Tarses/Sony) and “River Dogs” for Comedy Central (produced by Gary Sanchez.) She has also written pilots for NBC (produced by Jay Roach) and for FOX. She wrote, produced and starred in both seasons of “Funny Or Die Presents” on HBO, as well as many other FOD videos, including the viral hit “Republicans Get In My Vagina!,” which she directed and was Premiered On “The Bill Maher Show.” Andrea Also Wrote The Screenplay, “Girls Weekend,” for Castle Rock Films .
